The 19" rack mount chassis is used for telecommunication, EHP produce more than 100 type of customized rack mount chassis, included 1U rack mount chassis, 2U rack mount chassis, etc... most of our rack mount chassis are used for telecommunications, Audio Video equipment and broadcast devices.

We have been supplying the rack mount chassis and metal enclosures to Cisco, Extron and AT&T for years, our engineers provide professional advice to customer at their design stage in aspect of material, finish and assembly method. 

Excelsior hardware & Plastic Co,.Ltd is equipped with advanced equipment including laser cutting machine, NCT bending machine, CNC punching machine, Stamping machine, CNC machines, Laser welding machine, Automatic stud welding machine, Automatic gluing machine, and Riveting machine. We have no MOQ limited, for small volume massive production we would like to suggest to using laser cutting + NCT bending, the way it help to knock down the overall cost, for high volume massive production we will have tooling solution, our engineer is able to design the tooling, and we manufacture the tooling in our own facility. The production capacity of rack mount chassis is 200,000pcs monthly, we accept blanket order, and arrange the shipment according to your shipping instruction.
