EHP has stalled 3 sets of advanced laser cutting machines, the Max power 3500KW brand AMADA and Min power 1000 KW. We are able to keep accurate blanking speciations with the tolerance is +/-0.03mm, and the cutting speed is 7 meters per minute. At the R&D stage the demands is small quantities, most of the customers do not want to invest the NRE cost prior to the products certified, but it's high precision, we have AMADA laser cutting machine to meet the customer requirements. EHP is always seeking for advanced equipments to help our customers to lower their overall cost, shortening the delivery time and stablizing the quality.

Precision stamping machine

EHP always provide customer with various kind of sheet metal manufacturing solution and technologies for cost efficiency, we have 15sets of precision stamping machines imported from Taiwai and Japan. The most important that our engineering team is able to design the mold by themself and we manufacture the molds in our own facility, we are able to have quick response to mold modifications if the customer has the design change. Normally we are able to complete the mold manufacturing in 2 weeks including mold design and samplings from molded processing. Most of time the customer would like to produce their high volume massive orders with mold solution, the way that helps the clients to save their purchasing budgets and shortening the lead time in general.

Warehouse

EHP has a strict warehouse management regulations, and observe it strictly. Warehousing goods transceiver, the balance of effective control of the activities, its purpose is to guarantee the warehouse the goods in good condition for the enterprise, ensure normal production and operation activities, and on the basis of classifying all types of cargo activity records, in order to make clear the chart expression of storage conditions in terms of quantity and quality of goods, As well as the geographical location, department, order ownership and warehousing decentralization of the comprehensive management form.  EHP has more than 2,000 square meter warehouse for inventory, we can provide customer with free inventory half year, namely we accept forecasting order and help customer to divide the order in several shipments.

We have diverse of measuring tools in our quality center for full aspect of inspection such as 2D measuring projector, Salt spray tester, Hardness  tester, Colorimeter, Coating thickness tester, Cross cut adhesion tester, Torque tester, Roughness tester, etc...
